- 1 Russet Potato
 - 2 Cloves of Garlic
 - Pinch of Chili Powder
 - Salt, pepper, oil.
 
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2)Thinly slice the potatoes.
Side note I: If you plan not using the potatoes stick them
in water to avoid oxidization
Side note II: I left the skin on, there’s lots of fiber there

3) Layer on cookie sheet. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt,
pepper, and chili powder. Cook for 20~30 minutes. 
Done!

- 1 Russet Potato $1.09/18= $0.06 per potato
 - My 5lb bag of potatoes had 18 potatoes in it
 - 2 Cloves of Garlic $0.48/18= $0.03 per clove
 - $0.03x2=$0.06
 - My head of garlic had 18 cloves in it
 - Pinch of New Mexico Chili Powder
 
Total: $0.06+$0.06=$0.12
Heck Yes. Lord knows I spend way too much on chips!
