Stuffed Chicken
1: Slice lime.

2: Take chicken thigh and pull
skin away from meat, but leave attached. Cut into the middle of the meat.
3: Stuff the two pockets of
chicken with lime, butter, and Italian seasoning
4: Bake at 375 degrees for about
30 minutes
5: Crank heat up to 400 degrees
and bake uncovered for an additional 10~15 minutes
Side note II: You could do this
with any chicken; pieces or whole. If whole stuff under skin with citrus,
butter, and Italian seasoning. Also fill chicken cavity with Italian seasoning
and citrus as well. Adjust baking time accordingly
