Arugula with Apples and Prok

Super simple and delicious.

1 1/2 cups arugula
1 Apple, cut into pieces
2~3 oz pork, cooked and chopped
Balsamic vinegar, olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Toss everything together and serve.


(P.s. Chicken or shrimp would work just as well)
